I had the pleasure of Brenden sell our family home in Ngunnawal. He did his best to make a challenging process stress-free and he is a pleasure to deal with. From the time Brenden walked into our Calwell house until the time of settlement, Brenden was always enthusiastic, courteous, understanding of our needs and very professional. While the house only required minor repairs and a refresh, Brenden provided a list of electricians, plumbers and gardeners who proved to be excellent at their work, always turned up on time and whose prices were very reasonable. Through Brenden’s marketing strategy the house sold on the first day of inspection with a price well above what we expected, however the sale fell through two weeks later through a change of circumstances for the buyer. Within an hour of advising us of this Brenden rang back to advise he had organised a number of inspections over the next couple of days with the house finally being sold three days later and for a higher price again.
