4.2 In creating a 1Form account, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by 1Form.
5. General Application Forms
5.1 Blewitt Property supplies a series of tenancy related forms available for download via the Website (‘Tenancy Form’) for your convenience.
5.2 Tenancy Forms are provided as guidance only, and do not constitute financial, business or real estate advice.
5.3 Blewitt Properties recommends that you contact your real estate agent or Blewitt Properties prior to utilizing or relying on any Tenancy Form.
6. Mailing List
6.1 The Website may give you the opportunity to sign up for the Blewitt Properties Mailing List (the ‘Mailing List’). If you choose to sign up for this service you agree to receive promotional materials, updates and other content from Blewitt Properties via e-mail.

10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Blewitt Properties’ total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.
10.2 You expressly understand and agree that Blewitt Properties, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability.
