5.3 Blewitt Properties recommends that you contact your real estate agent or Blewitt Properties prior to utilizing or relying on any Tenancy Form.

10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Blewitt Properties’ total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.
