Lisa Dargan started in real estate more than 30 years ago, learning the ins and outs of the industry in various roles, before joining Blewitt Properties in 2018. As the property manager, Lisa leads with compassion because she understands emotions can often run high.

Lisa believes having life experience is helpful because she’s able to see situations from different perspectives and draw on this to negotiate a thoughtful way forward. She wants both owners and tenants to be happy, and does whatever needs to be done to find the right balance.

There’s never a dull moment in Lisa’s workday, which is why she loves getting out and about in nature. She switches off by walking her beloved dog and cooking (Lisa owned a catering business once upon a time) — the recipe for helping her feel grounded and happy .
